This Privacy Policy applies to the Repair Task Scheduler app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by ZURAB SP Z O O (collectively, the “Application”). ZURAB SP Z O O is referred to in this policy as the “Service Provider”.
Core privacy statement: the Application does not collect, log, sell, share, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application is designed as a local utility for planning repair tasks, organizing renovation stages, setting priorities, and tracking progress. The Service Provider does not collect or store personal information through normal use of the Application.
If the Application is used while your device has an active internet connection, technical protocol data, such as an ephemeral IP address, may be transmitted by network infrastructure to facilitate connectivity. The Service Provider does not retain this technical data or use it for tracking.
If you voluntarily contact the Service Provider by email or another external communication channel, the information you provide in that communication will be used only to respond to your request.
Location data
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.
Third-party access
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, no personal data from the Application is shared with third parties.
ZURAB does not sell personal data and does not use personal data from the Application for advertising profiles, analytics tracking, or third-party marketing.
Data Retention
The Application does not collect or store personal data on ZURAB servers. Because no personal data is collected through normal use, there is no server-side personal data retention period for the Application.
Any renovation projects, repair tasks, schedules, priorities, subtasks, progress information, or related content created inside the Application are intended to remain locally on your device unless the Application interface or your device system clearly states otherwise.
If you contact ZURAB directly, the communication may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, manage support correspondence, or comply with applicable legal obligations.
Data Deletion
Since the Application does not collect or store personal data on ZURAB servers, there is no Application account or remote user profile to delete.
You can remove locally stored Application data by deleting the relevant content inside the Application, clearing the Application data through your device settings, or uninstalling the Application from your device.
If you voluntarily provided information to ZURAB by email or another direct communication channel, you may request deletion of that information by contacting support@zurab.it.com.
Opt-out rights
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it simply removes the Application from your device. You may also clear local app data using your device settings where available.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them.
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s personal data is not collected by the Application. If a child or guardian voluntarily contacts the Service Provider through external communication channels, a parent or guardian may request deletion of that information.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of personal data exposure from the Application is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure.
The Service Provider uses reasonable safeguards for systems and communications it controls, including any information voluntarily provided through direct contact.
Data breach notification
Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a data breach affecting personal data from the Application is minimal. If a breach occurs involving information that you voluntarily provided directly to ZURAB, the Service Provider will notify affected users as required by applicable law.
Changes to this policy
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Privacy Policy with a new effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek consent before material changes take effect.
Previous versions of this Privacy Policy may be requested by contacting the Service Provider.
Your consent
By using the Application, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
